Dear Conference Participant,
There are two options to present your accepted paper. No matter which option you choose, there is no specific template for the presentation. However, we expect that you have your contact information available in your presentations for questions that the audience may want to ask.
1- Recorded video
Each participant selected this option is expected to prepare 15 minutes of video-recorded presentation for the event. The recorded video needs to be shared with the organizers, in downloadable format, (email address: firstname.lastname@example.org) by the 27th of May (Wednesday). All recorded videos will be made available to watch by the participants.
2- Remote presentation via Zoom (with some available time slots) on June 1st.
If you opt for this option, the organizers will allocate a 15 minutes slot based on your selected time frame. Here we want to remind you that all the listed time frames are GMT +3 Lebanon Time. The remote presentation sessions will be conducted via Zoom and access information will be shared a few days prior to the event. All remote sessions will be recorded and later shared with the participants who can not attend the event on the designated time frame.
