Dear Conference Participant,

There are three options to present your accepted paper. No matter which option you choose, there is no specific template for the presentation. However, we expect that you have your contact information available in your presentations for questions that the audience may want to ask.

1- Oral Presentation

2- Recorded video

Participants who want to present their papers by shooting a video should prepare a video not exceeding 15 minutes. The recorded video needs to be shared with the organizers, in downloadable format, (email address: by the 7th of May 2023 (Sunday). We also recommend you share your contact information in the presentation for questions. All recorded videos will be made available to watch by the participants.

3- Remote presentation via Zoom (with some available time slots) on May 11 and 12, 2023.

If you chose a live remote presentation, the organizers will allocate a 15 minutes slot based on the symposium program. Here we want to remind you that all the listed time frames are EDT (Eastern Daylight Time-Newyork). The remote presentation sessions will be conducted via Zoom and access information will be shared a few days prior to the event. All remote sessions will be recorded and later shared with the participants who can not attend the event in the designated time frame.
